Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on your country. We recommend you to check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We do not take any responsibility for customs fees.
How long is the processing time for a garment?
The processing time is usually 3-7 days after which it’s shipped out.
What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect adress?
Your order will be returned to our facility that sent them out. Our policy states that the customer is responsible for paying for the extra shipping cost if they wish to re-order the garment.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link in your confirmation email after your purchase.
When will I get my order?
The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:
Orders for the US: 3-4 business days
Orders for Europe: 6-8 business days
Orders for Australia (depending on your location): 2-14 business days
International orders: 10-20 business days
Can I change something about my order or cancel it?
Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s) and/or personal information. Please make sure that your chosen size, color and/or personal information is correct before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed this time.
